After spending somet time online searching for a used vehicle, I came across a previously leased one at this dealership. Michael Chauca, the internet sales manager was friendly and knowlegeable about the vehicle that I was interested in buying, (which alas was not a Porche), and was able to answer all my quesitons. Also just want to mention that of all the dealerships I visited, this one had the best coffee machine and snacks. The only thing I think they could do better would be to streamline filling out all the paperwork after you decide to go ahead with the purchase - it seamed to go on for ever..

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

They were closed on Sunday but were nice enough to accommodate for me since I was out of state

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

My boyfriend had been looking for long time to find another beautiful, unique Mercedes with specific features, and we finally found it about 4 hrs driving from NYC. What a great experience we had purchasing a convertible Mercedes with Chip, professional, kind, knowledgeable Salesperson! It was a beautiful day of September, 2024, perfect time to drive a convertible car! Since then, we've been enjoying more the beauty of weekends , the symphony of autumn colors, traveling in many places under no sky limits... With the indoor showroom, every car is clean, all of them look impacable! Everything is no pressure, they paid attention to our questions. The finance lady is awesome, especially in our case as a cash buyer. She made my partner feel very comfortable about purchase process . We would definitely drive another 3.5 -4 hours to make another purchase with Chip, MD, when I'll decide to change my car. Chip and his Team do outstanding job! Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

Our experience on June 6, 2022 it was a great one. Robert the sales manager and our sales consultant Murad Qazi. Were absolutely fantastic. The customer service received rivaled and surpassed any that you would receive at any Big brand luxury Dealership. Our purchase was reasonable and at fair market value. All of the cars are in pristine condition, so the search for one vehicle could have you challenged in selecting just one. We purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4 Matic that had just been received and had several inquiries already. The experience with Murad was wonderful, a true salesman who put us at ease with his cheerful and comical personality. To note every person we encountered here was a true professional and made us feel like a long time customer and a friend of the business. The car is perfect. Looks fabulous, handles magnificently, is solid and fast. Nothing ever seems to go wrong with it. Oh’ it is a cabriolet and is perfect for the Texas climate. No additional comments needed.

The car was as described and the Sales person ( Kevin Soltwedel) was available on his day off to show me the car after communicating via email. I eneded up purchasing the car and there was little hassle in doing so. I had one small issue with the key fob missing the key blade ( $30) part and initially dealership wouldn't agree to replace it. After some back and forth with my salesman, they finally agreed to make it right. I did feel that my salesman had to work too hard to rectify the issue internally at Land rover Bethesda, for something that should have been a non brainer

Great car. Has everything you can think of. Sad because it didn't come with a moon roof and no place to put my sunglasses at.

Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

I think most of people here have not driven a Macan 3.6 Turbo engine with 400+ HP. This car is amazing you can't compare this one with other lower Macan models. this is the one to have.. We owned several Porsches including Cayennes turboS. This is a compact daily driving machine with Lot's of power and is fully loaded. The turbos 3.6 cost over $100K after taxes for a reason , Please don't compare this model with other low built Porsches for middle class, this is a High End Vehicle for a reason ...maybe the same as compare the Boxer with a 911 Turbo S.

Had such an amazing experience! Was a bit nervous to purchase a new vehicle especially in this market but the staff & service were outstanding & comforting. They educated me on every step & were so helpful with any questions/concerns I had. I've been car shopping for some time now but I'm beyond thankful I was able to find DNT. Would recommend to anyone in the market looking for a trustworthy dealership in the DMV. Finally got the Lexus I've been wanting & with the beautiful inventory they have, I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade!

Smooth ride with incredibly comfortable seating. The panoramic view is beautiful day and night. The trunk space is perfect for most anything needing to be transported.

Needed a repair on my Macan S. Made an appointment , very easy, dropped my SUV off. Jamie was there to greet me, explained the process and we moved on to the next step. Approximately 2 hours later I received a video of the inspection and details of needed repair. I approved the work. Within 24 hours I received a message repairs were complete. I stopped by met Jamie again we completed the paperwork process at his desk. He sent a text an employee of Porsche of Annapolis, the car was brought to me in less than 5 minutes. The car had been thoroughly cleaned. The entire experience was great.

2nd one .. 1st was a 2016 "S" and it was wonderful through 75k miles with wonderful trade in vale.. Next is a 2020 Turbo, and it is a great improvement in performance, though we were never disappointed with the 'S'. Highly recommend to anyone as long as size works. A great mix of performance and SUV. If you can stand smaller, get the 911, and the cabriolet is our recommendation! recent service loaner was a Taycan 4S.... we were very, very impressed but I miss the sound and range!

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

The Porsche Macan is a Fun car to drive, sporty, has all the bells and whistles. Only down side is it doesn’t have a place to put you sunglasses.

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

I have been talking to multiple dealerships these past months and this one specifically stuck out the most to me. Even though I'm all the way down in Arkansas, Alberto was extremely kind and helpful during the entire buying process. He was never rude or pushy at any time and even made the time to message me during his day off. I cannot express enough how efficient and considerate he was and am saddened that I was unable to give him the sale due to being unable to get approved for the loan. Anyone would be lucky to deal with Alberto, and I'm sure any other of the salesmen found at Criswell Maserati. I had a Ford Explorer and liked the room, but not happy with performance or FWD. First Porsche I have ever driven, and it was love at first drive. This car has everything you would want in a sports SUV. And, its a hybrid! Initially, I was concerned about the reliability, but I have driven it over 25,000 miles, and no complaints. Life is too short, drive a Cayenne!

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.
