Went to look at an 02 Porsche 911. Been looking around a while to find this generation/style of the 911. Came across a this particular car on the Internet. I knew it had to be somewhat decent of a car if Porsche of the Main Line had it on their lot. Made an appointment with the sales rep Brett Hagen to see the car. Brett was an amazing. He was upfront and honest with a few details about the car that needed repairing. We went out on a test drive and I was hooked! We negotiated a deal including service to get the car up to spec. The car was then handed over to a phenomenal tech named Christopher Wise. Not only did he expertly fix all the issues with the vehicle. He went above and beyond fixing other details of the car that were not part of the deal. By the time he was done, the car was near perfect, especially for its age. Brett and Chris made my Porsche buying experience great. My 911 was by far the least expensive Porsche they had on the lot. (I was surrounded by dreamy $100k - $200k Porsches and Lamborghinis) Brett, Chris, and the rest of the dealership treated me as if I was purchasing a new car. Not one single detail was missed from the buying experience. I would highly recommend Brett and Porsche of the Main Line to anybody looking for a new or used dream car.

After spending somet time online searching for a used vehicle, I came across a previously leased one at this dealership. Michael Chauca, the internet sales manager was friendly and knowlegeable about the vehicle that I was interested in buying, (which alas was not a Porche), and was able to answer all my quesitons. Also just want to mention that of all the dealerships I visited, this one had the best coffee machine and snacks. The only thing I think they could do better would be to streamline filling out all the paperwork after you decide to go ahead with the purchase - it seamed to go on for ever..

This was my first time going to Porsche Jacksonville. We (my wife and I) were bringing our car in for service. From the minute we exited our Porsche we were greeted by employees. Upon my request they led us inside to our Service Advisor Destin. Destin reviewed the service process with us and answered all of questions. He offered us some refreshments. Out car had to be left for the repairs and we went home. A few days later the car was ready. I spoke with Destin who informed us the car repairs were covered by our warranty and they would be wash our car prior to our arrival. When we picked up our car yesterday it was a very simple process. The car was repaired, washed, and waiting for us. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received. In one word it was PERFECT. Destin was very professional and thorough. Excellent sales and financing staff. Made the process of leasing a new Porsche very easy. The dealer had on the lot a car which fit our needs. We appreciate that the dealership was open Sunday, so we could test drive the vehicle and Saturday and sign the lease on Sunday.
