I needed a new vehicle and had decided to upgrade from my previous cars. A Cadillac was on my short list, so we started with Napleton Cadillac in Rockford. As we were looking at the cars, we were greeted by Alex, who brought us into the showroom to chat so he could find out more about us and what we were looking for. We took a beautiful new XT5 out for a test drive, and then went back in to chat more and get more information. I told Alex that I was just beginning my search, and he very nicely asked if he could give me a card, which of course, I took. Over the weekend he emailed me to explain current offers and rebates. After looking at a few other brands, I decided on an XT5, so we went in the following week to further discuss a purchase and look at a few new and preowned cars. Alex took the time to explain the specs on each one, making sure that I understood what each car had to offer. He wanted to make sure that I would be happy with the model I chose. Buying a car is a long process, but the Napleton showroom is very comfortable, and the fresh coffee and snacks kept us going! By the time we finished with the purchase, night had fallen and I wasn't comfortable driving a new car in the dark. Alex offered to have it delivered the next day. My beautiful new XT5 arrived the next morning at the appointed hour, freshly washed and detailed. Alex stayed to help us set up our Onstar service and get acquainted with my car. The overall service was simply impeccable. From the beginning to the end, I never felt any pressure, and everyone at Napleton made us feel very important and welcome. I am very happy that I chose to shop locally and that I chose this dealership. I want to thank Alex for making the whole process easy and pleasant. Five Stars!

My car buying experience at Porsche of Orlando was nothing short of amazing! The car buying process at Porsche of Orlando should be a standard procedure for other dealerships to follow. From the initial phone conversation with the car salesman (Miguel) to the final document signing of the vehicle with the finance team (William and Keith), the process flowed seamlessly. I spoke with Miguel about purchasing a vehicle and he was very knowledgeable and took the initiative to meet my demands. He went over the quality of the vehicle, the pricing of the vehicle and general questions I had. In addition Miguel went the extra mile from ensuring I was picked up from the airport at no charge, since I flew in from Alabama to purchase the vehicle; to ensuring my vehicle was filled up with a tank of gas for free since I was driving back to Alabama. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if you?re buying a vehicle from out of state. William and Keith were exceptional at answering my tax, tag and titling questions and getting the numbers right.

Always great customer service at this dealership. They are the best. I have bought or trades well over 20 cars in about 4 years. Always happy with them. I tried another dealer and they were also good but these folks are very close to my home.

My wife and I recently purchased a Porsche at West Broward Porsche and we were extremely happy with the professional service that we got from Kurk Richardson and Payton Downy. They were both extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We live much closer to another dealership however, we heard such positive feedback from our friends about their experience at West Broward Porsche so we did decided to make the drive and it was definitely worth it. They made buying a car a pleasurable experience for a change. I would definitely recommend the dealership and if possible working with Kurt and Payton.
