Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Quick test drive and great customer service. The car was cleaned and detailed before delivery. The facility was clean and spacious. The buying process was simple.

Great car. Has everything you can think of. Sad because it didn't come with a moon roof and no place to put my sunglasses at.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

The Porsche Macan is a Fun car to drive, sporty, has all the bells and whistles. Only down side is it doesn’t have a place to put you sunglasses.

Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

Great customer service by Carlos in the service department! He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and attentive and took the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything to me, to best maintain my car. Would recommend Carlos and Porsche South Bay without hesitation!

I am a big Porsche enthusiast and this place's showroom is full of gems. Dealership was clean and very nicely kept up. I was greeted by Samuel Chocholac and he was super hospitable! Showed me a bunch of cars and then we started talking about our watch collections and we hung out for a few hours. Needless to say he's not just a sales person. He makes you feel like you are a part of his circle/family. He introduced me to some of his friends in his circle who are also car collectors and had similar tastes as me. I later realized that he was a social media super star and had half a million followers on his account haha! Amazing! I do have a new GT car on order through Sam as well. Can't wait! Please look for Sam for any and all of your Porsche needs :).

Samuel Chocholac is the best sales person I have dealt with in my many years of buying and selling cars. I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

Seems to keep high quality high end used cars. Facility is a bit of of problem being a warehouse, they have to keep moving cars around but the guys don't seem to mind. Overall recommend.

This review is for sales. I live in Northern California but found a car that was optioned the way that I wanted at Sterling. I started an online chat and reached Joseph, the internet sales manager. He was an exceptional sales person throughout the entire experience. We quickly got to a very good price with no pressure or haggling and he walked me through all of my lease options. I really appreciated that as it was my first lease. Joseph was very responsive to all of my questions and requests and never hesitated to provide excellent service. Just got a Macan at Porsche Ontario. I have spent only 2.5 hours at the dealer. Everything went smoothly. If I buy another Porsche, I must see Tyson Toeller.
