Terrific car and the best I have ever owned Comfort downgraded because the leather seats are just too hard, a common problem with leather seating. Lexus uses much softer leather, making their seats much more comfortable for a long drive. Wouldn't need heated seats if not for the leather seating surfaces. Fabric is MUCH more comfortable. Interior design is excellent except for the extensive use of bright metal accents which should never be used in a convertible. Solved with matte black vinyl wrap. Infotainment system is an unmitigated disaster - it simply fails to work much too often, specifically Apple CarPlay works only about half the time, backup camera often fails to display, and sometimes the display shows nothing but "Loading Home." This should be simple to fix but local dealer refuses or is incapable of doing the right thing. This is a terrific $50K sports car; too bad it costs so much more. Reliability downgraded only because of infotainment problems. No mechanical issues.

Excellent ergonomics. Quality interior. Software instruction could use work. You tube helps but too general. Noisy startup but eventually goes away. Rev match only for down shifting not for upshifting as on some other cars.

From the initial phone conversation with the car salesman (Miguel) to the final document signing of the vehicle with the finance team (William and Keith), the process flowed seamlessly. I spoke with Miguel about purchasing a vehicle and he was very knowledgeable and took the initiative to meet my demands. He went over the quality of the vehicle, the pricing of the vehicle and general questions I had. In addition Miguel went the extra mile from ensuring I was picked up from the airport at no charge, since I flew in from Alabama to purchase the vehicle; to ensuring my vehicle was filled up with a tank of gas for free since I was driving back to Alabama. Dealer add ons are extremely high, we were able to work on some of those numbers. Still high after bargaining, but I agreed since I wanted this truck. When Mariah came back with financing option, I come to find out that we can't finance outside, it has to be their financing or pay cash! Can you believe this? After everything done with salesperson, had to wait for finance. Sat for over an hour &1/2. Employess kept walking in & out of finance office, some eating, while customer just waiting.
