I was told that I needed rear shock's by the mechanic but I had my rear shock's changed about two weeks ago, so not sure what the mechanic was seeing that had him/her think that I needed the repair🤔

Again ask for Navi! He is honest and knows the maintenance of a vehicle. He cares about his customers and he remembers your name 😃. I trust his recommendations on what is needed to maintain my Nissan Rogue. I never feel pressure from him!!!

Last weekend my wife, daughter and I visited Gwinnett Place Nissan where we bought a new Nissan Armada.Our salesman was Taylor Grzegorzewski and he was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Taylor was very helpful without being pushy in helping us to narrow down our search. We felt like he had our best interests at heart and as a result we bought a vehicle we love, at a very fair price. The only prob I really had, was that I really needed a loaner/rental and never got one. Granted, the service I rec'd from Matthew mostly made up for that. He was the first service writer out of 7 yrs worth, that listened to me and did all he could to determine the issues with my Rogue. I honestly could have hugged him (but Covid), because I am just so thankful I had an ear from someone that heard what I was saying and took it in and diagnosed it accordingly. This is my second Rogue I've owned and both have had AC issues and I am happy to report, my AC has worked perfectly since picking my car back up. Also, they only had my car for about 4 days total taking the weekend into account. Will gladly bring my vehicle back as long as I can deal with Matthew.

The experience was good. We purchased 2 cars actually. Customer service was good. I have been a customer at McDonough Nissan for about 10 years. We have purchased 6 vehicles there.

I had the most pleasant experience today working with Selena. We met at 11am and after her firm handshake, within 30 seconds we bonded and I knew then I was at the right dealership. On the test drive we yakked like we'd known each all our lives. Everything went quickly and flawlessly. Juan was the nicest finance guy I've ever had and I've bought a lot of new vehicles in my 70+ years. I believe everyone that worked at Cherokee Co Nissan smiled and spoke to us while we were there. Very friendly, laid back bunch of folks with no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend these people to handle your next vehicle buying experience. I read a ton of reviews before going there, and I have to agree, everyone was spot on. 5 Stars all the way! And a very special thanks to Selena! She made my day!
