Used 2018 Nissan Murano for sale near Chicago, IL

My fiancé and I recently visited this dealership looking to purchase a car we had seen online that we were very interested in (something we haven’t done in over 10 years!). We were somewhat dreading the process. I am pleased to say the Berman Nissan made everything quick, easy and painless!!! We were there a few short hours, and left with the car we wanted. While all the staff we interacted with were wonderful, I want to especially praise our sales consultant, Xochilt Ramirez!!! She was an absolute dream and pleasure to work with! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. I purchased my 2018 Murano brand new. It is still the wonderful machine it was upon purchase. Very little maintenance required outside of the standard. I love everything about it. Visibility can be tricky with the interior design on the driver's side when rounding a corner, it is hard to see what might be coming your way. Otherwise, my Murano (this is my second one) is a reliable gem to own. I LOVE NISSAN CARS!

Seeing over the hood is difficult and on left and right the way its designed. I have been up on curbs more than not. Unless, redesigned would not buy again. The navigation screen is hard to see.

Relatively painless process when you don't have a great credit score to work with. They can finance where major dealerships cannot (will not). They finance in house

By far one of the best suvs I’ve ever own, AWD, V6, Bose sound system, pano roof, nasa foam seats, CarPlay, you don’t need much else on it, even came with the blacked out wheels from factory, it was clean from the day I got it and it’s still great now, drove from Pittsburgh PA to Newport Beach, CA and I’d do it again in a heartbeat, no problems what so ever. Peeled the plastic off of it from the dealer myself.

I live in the north side of Chicago and drove to west Chicago auto mall not once but twice in the past 5 yrs not only for the deals they have but for the experience. George Lorenzi is not a topical sales person he makes u feel welcomed and a friend from the moment you walk in gives you all the options and really does what’s best for you. Compare it to the Ford Edge, Honda Passport, Hyundai Sante Fe, and others. I think you will be impressed. Does everything well. Very comfortable, fuel efficient, and peppy. Has a straight Nissan V-6 that has been there best engine for many years.

Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.
