New cars for sale near Seaside, CA

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

Have only had it a few weeks, but thi pickup with the 3.0 Hurricane SO, is so much more refined compared to my last 4 Hemis. Way more power!

Today, I took delivery of my new 2018 Mercedes. From the beginning till today, Doug DiTullio maintained the professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. He was prompt to answer all of my questions throughout the process and ensured that I was comfortable with all of my new vehicles operations before departing. This was the second place I had to go to because the tire shop couldn't tell me what was needed to be done to fix my uneven wear on my tire. The service department performed the alignment and found the problem. The also found other issues with my Tahoe that needed attention

When I first drove this truck I fell in love with it. I am recommending this truck to everyone I know. It’s got great power and it is comfortable. It rides surprisingly smooth.

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

On 1/27/25 took my 2015 Wrangler in for a check engine light and the code I provided was for a faulty thermostat. My Service Advisor Michael gave me a price quote of just under $800 to replace the thermostat and housing which is after a $220 diagnostic charge. I was told that the part was on back order and would be a month or more before they could get it, "Sorry thats all we can do, we'll call you when it comes in," was their only reply. I took my Jeep to Firestone in Watsonville, they ordered the part from Santa Cruz Dodge and had it installed the next day. Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram also at the time quoted $270.42 plus labor for a power steering flush that they said "failed." I called the Santa Cruz Dodge dealership and they quoted me $150. I purchased my vehicle from the Watsonville dealership and this is not the first instance of very poor customer service and price gouging in the service department. I have spoken to the service manager before who was responsive at the time but at this point I felt others should be forewarned.

I was extremely impressed by Edgar Maldonado . We have had our share of not-so-great used car dealerships However, he was a breath of fresh air. Reasonable pricing, good service, Fast and professional. They show care for their customers. I definitely plan on coming back for car #2 If I could rate 100 I would! Thank you so much Edgar. Back in 2021 I bought a 2020 Ford Escape from North Bay Ford and I also got a maintenance contract with them about six months later I moved out of Santa Cruz to Brentwood but I still kept coming to North Bay for my service because they're service department was great and it was worth the time and drive to have only North Bay work on my car. Well about six months ago it seemed that the service I was receiving had changed and I was looking at moving to another dealership, that's when I met Mike (MC) and I explained my dissatisfaction in the service and recalls on my car and he said that he would get my issues resolved and I have to say he more than lived up to hie word. Mike took care of the service on my car in scheduling, parts, on time completion, overall professionalism with a friendly and helpful demeaner. Mike really took care of my car in regards to a recall on the doors and I am beyond impressed and thankful for Mike being the one that took care of my needs, I have to admit I probably wasn't the nicest person to deal with at the time he started taking care of my needs in regards to my car, however Mike changed my mind about changing dealerships I am happily going to keep bringing my car to North Bay Ford because I know that Mike and the rest of North Bay Ford have my best interests in mind. Great experience so far with the Tacoma. Have loved the ride and comfort it provides, with the only negative so far being some of the quality of the interior isn’t the greatest. The door panels specifically are loose feeling on the handles, seems cheap for a $55k truck.
