Ok. Normally it's all good. This time a lot of good and a point of consideration. I absolutely appreciate being kept informed about the services related to my car, and after buying my third Mercedes with you and my history with Tyler Jordan, the trust that I have in what he recommends has gotten to a point to where I honestly no longer question it. I more often than no just say do it. He has been a true professional is every aspect of the title. He keeps me informed and always responds to my texts. AND I KNOW HES BUSY!!! But he makes me feel like I've been heard when it's my money being put out there and it's not overlooked. Thanks Tyler. And lastly I swear by this. He's the reason I drive across town for services. Both gentlemen were respectful and courteous throughout the entire process, Todd was exceptional - I highly recommend working with him. Russel, on the other hand, was intolerable and unprofessional. Under no circumstance should he be allowed to be customer facing. What a disrespectful and unlikable person who should actually be working phones in the back. Be warned - ask for Todd

Simply amazing! From start to finish this car is a pure joy to drive and own. Add a spoiler and minor accessories and people will think it’s a type R. I got the Sport Touring Hybrid hatchback in bright blue and I have no complaints, from looks to features this is hands down car of the year. Bought a 22 Corsair from Principle Volvo in SA. I worked a deal over the phone with Jesse and drove from Ft Worth to go pick it up. Upon our Arrival, Jesse had things ready to go and there were no surprises when I drove my trade in into the dealership. We all agreed on the numbers and I went to finance quickly. Finance got me a competitive rate and off I went. I mistakenly got a Buick FOB and Manual so I mailed that back and they FedEx the manual and second FOB to me. I would purchase from the dealer again.

I bought this car brand new, near the end of january. It drives great the exterior and interior are both amazing. I got the hybrid version so I get 47 Mpg and 600 miles on a full tank. Overall I really like it and would recommend.

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!
