I bought this vehicle because I thought it would be fun to own instead of a BMW 1 Series. I am amazed by the performance! The fun to drive quotient is high. Acceleration, handling are a surprise. So many neat and clever features. I like the classic styling of the 2014 model better than the new ones.

Bought A 2015 Mini Cooper from John at Lee Auto Group and he went over and above to take care of me He noticed a small noise and replaced the accessory belt. there was also a problem with charging and had it repaired by the qualified and professional mechanics by staying late and in no time had it repaired. I live near Ocala and he even offered to drive me home if I needed it and called to make sure I arrived safe can't expressed the service I got from this amazing company I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. this car had super low mileage and is in near mint condition! It has the comfort of an SUV and rides like one! Took some getting used to with all of the buttons being in front of the shifter and not on the doors...but for being such a small compact car...it is super comfortable to drive and has plenty of space!

Had an issue with my car after the purchase. Brought it in for fix. No charge and car is running great. They we so nice and have been very helpful. I would buy from them again.

We purchased a 2016 Volvo V60xc with 96k miles on it back in late June of this year. I gotta say, I was a bit nervous buying a used car from a small dealership but Leno and his team were immediately friendly and accommodating. We were looking for this specific model and year of Volvo and felt comfortable with the mileage as this was a local one owner car. Leno provided us with a CarFax report and gave us opportunity to do two test drives. We were already approved for financing with our own bank but we decided to let Leno shop financing and sure enough he beat our bank’s rate by almost a full percentage point with another well known local credit union. The buying experience was super easy and relaxing. We took the car home on a Saturday and all was well for the short drive home. Sunday we took a drive that was our first real test of the car. Much longer than our two test drives that only included a short stretch of freeway from the dealership up one exit to Wadsworth and back. To our horror after a bit of freeway driving we noticed a strange vibration that wasn’t present on the test drives. When we got home I emailed Leno and informed him of the issue. He responded quickly on Monday and asked me to bring the car to their repair shop to have it looked at. I did some research in the meantime and discovered that it was likely a failed U-joint on the driveshaft which only became obvious as the vehicle heated up on a longer drive. My local Volvo mechanic also suggested that as the cause. Sure enough Leon’s technician verified that it was in fact a failed driveshaft. After the diagnosis and to my absolute delight, Leno called to say that he and the owner of the dealership would like to replace the driveshaft at no cost to us. Literally a day and a half later the car was back in our hands driving as good as new. We’re now over a month into owning this car with absolutely no issues since the driveshaft repair. I can’t thank Leno enough. Buying any used car comes with risk, but thanks to Leno and the Carboard team we had a fantastic experience. Thanks again Carboard!

I'm the 2nd owner of my 2011 Mini Cooper Clubman S for the last eight years. 74000 miles. I love the Mini even though it can be expensive to own. I'm a proactive owner. I keep it well maintained and serviced. You just have to research the car before you commit. LOVE my Mini!

I am exceptionally fond of my auto! Dispute his advancing age, the performance level is amazing with the all wheel drive and ASC. The panoramic skylights let in so much natural light and fresh air.
