Everything was super when I had my vehicle serviced yesterday, April 15th. Due to my advanced age, everyone I came in contact with were very respectful and helpful. As long as I drive, I will always have my vehicle serviced here.

The GLS has the luxury of a sedan and the versatility of an SUV. This is the fourth GL series that I have had and would not consider another vehicle.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

My service advisor, Megan, was very helpful. She clearly explained the next steps for my repairs and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Thanks Megan!

Best Mercedes-Benz SUV. On a road trip, you can’t go wrong with this machine. I just traded in my 2020 for a 2024. I’m to totally happy with it

Belinda Gutierrez was Great to work with she was able to answer all of my questions on the 2016 Porsche Panamera making my experience easy and stress free. She also took the time to answers my phone calls/texts messages in a promptly manner. After I sign the papers her deliver of the car was so smooth and free flowing it was like she was not there. This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from David at Audi West Houston, and the entire process was exceptionally efficient?completed in just about 1.5 hours from start to finish. I would consider that remarkably fast for a car purchase! I highly recommend this dealership. While I may not recall every name, every team member I encountered was professional, courteous, and made the experience truly enjoyable.

It is a wonderful car. The interior is exceptional and the technology is state of the art. The drive is the best I have experienced in any car I have driven. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.

I took my 2023 Santa Fe in for its 24 month free maintenance service. Everything went well with no problems. I highly recommend Don Murrell my Service Advisor. He was very nice, helpful and efficient.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

Your staff in the service department is very courteous and helpful. Service so far has been expedited for me, you get my vehicle in and out in what I believe to be a timely manner. I do try to make an appointment and expect the downtime. My reasons for the service to date is maintenance and computer system updates.

Overall good experience except the process is too slow slow. The salesman was very efficient, however, the finance group was slow and wanted to sell more product during the closing. And wouldn?t take no for an answer.

I bought this vehicle is a retirement car. He moves great is responsive and very smooth. I wanted a retirement car for my retirement. I am 60 years old and I want that something that represent my current status with luxury interiors, beautiful blue color, and 20 inch wheels it is awesome looking. I can reach 70 in the blink of an eye any moves like it's going at 30 or 40 miles an hour. He has an awesome radio system. although it is not all digital, the radios are for listening. I have an excellent sound, System. Great interiors, great materials, great lighting if you're planning to buy a GLS the 450 is definitely one of your best choices.

Exceptional vehicle in the SUV class. We drove the BMW X7, Audi Q7, Volvo XC90 and this GLS 450 just kept blowing them out of the water. The ride is amazing and we feel the comfort level and size is the best
