Great place and great people to buy cars from I’ve bought my kids two cars from here and we are tickled with them.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Great dealership to work with on purchase and service. I would recommend if you are looking for a new Infiniti or need one serviced. They followed up quickly.

This is a great SUV. This is also better than the new GLE 350. 3.5 liter v6 for the 2018. 2.0 liter turbo 4 cylinder for the new GLE

I just had the most amazing vehicle purchasing experience thanks to the efforts of Leo Aleshire, the Sales Consultant I worked with. I was initially somewhat apprehensive due to the remote nature of the sale(buying a car in KY and shipping it to CT). Leo was so kind and so professional every step of the way! I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

I think my first review was sent unfinished will try again.I ordered a Mercedes GL two months ago to be build as I wanted. I was given a trade in price promise of a very low interest rate. My new car came near the date promised and built exactly as I ask. I had put more miles on my trade than would have been normal. Still got my original trade price and was given retail value for tax title. My new loan had been prearranged, no hassle for extras at closing I was on my way in half an hour. My excellent salesman Barry Wilson , as he knew I was in a hurry gave me the basic on the car with the promise I would return in two days for explanation of every detail. I knew I would have more questions. This is my twelfth new Mercedes in twenty years. Manager Mark Gold and salesman Barry Wilson treated me as an old personal friend and as if I was buying a fleet of new autos. Thanks very much

Got my 2015 gla in 2016. Drove it from NJ to DC every week even in the middle of a blizzard.. I feel like it has a more agile power steering. It can fit it anywhere. The ride is smooth and quiet. It’s now 2025, what do you think? I got the mountain grey color. It still shines like new!

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

We must give the highest praise to the two salesmen that helped us with the purchase of our new Mercedes Hunter Hamilton and Larry Campbell. I recently purchased a vehicle from James Motors in Lexington. I have to say it was my best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. I'm a single, older woman and the process can be intimidating. But, there was none of the usual pressure or haggling back and forth. They were super easy to deal with and even went above and beyond by allowing me to take the car early because they were experiencing computer issues. I would have expected this had I been purchasing a $120,000 Mercedes, but I was purchasing a USED vehicle. Be sure to ask for Danny Arnold.

This is a great place to buy a barely used vehicle. Their prices are low, and they stand behind their product. We just bought a nice Audi from them.

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

Absolutely love with this suv. Handles very well. Great on gas. Sporty but also family oriented. simple, modern and yet still elegant interior with a sleek exterior to match.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

Best Mercedes-Benz SUV. On a road trip, you can’t go wrong with this machine. I just traded in my 2020 for a 2024. I’m to totally happy with it
