Austin did a quick and efficient job in getting my annual service done quickly as well as replacing the tires. Also, I thought I had left my laptop bag in the loaner car and both Austin and Jordan both went and checked for me and Jordan even checked the security cams to verify if I had left it at the dealer. Turns out I just left at home, but again thanks for going above and beyond to assist!

After the fact, John continued to make sure I was good with my Mercedes experience and did not feel anything less than part of the Mercedes family.
