The reason I go to Mercedes’ Benz Sugarland to service my vehicle is because of their amazing customer service, particularly my service advisor Tammy Stafford. She makes you feel right at home and address all the issues you may have or think you have with your car. Top notch service. She should be the staple of any service department. If she was working for my dealership she would be of service director.

We recently (01/20/23) purchased a vehicle from the dealership and our sales representative - Pete Sanchez, was very professional, cordial and understanding. Throughout the process of placing the order, through the waiting period and up until the vehicle arrived the dealership, Pete kept us informed.
