I am very happy with my new purchase. BUT. The Braking system is jerky when applying the brakes and when sitting at a stop light if there is a small incline the vehicle rolls backward. A little unnerving to say the least.

I was in need for a title as per the original one got lost in shipping, I called the business office and spoke to Bessie, I explained to her the situation and she said she will help me, but need more time to process it. For context, I currently own 4 M-B vehicles and have owned at least 1M-B vehicle for 50+ years. Last year I bought a new 2024 AMG EQE?it is nice, pretty and a pleasure to drive; however, the fit and finish has not been up to M-B standards, imo. We had to have the entire dashboard realigned. It has now been at the dealership for almost 3 weeks to fix a software and/or sensor glitch. A part had to be ordered from Germany?that took a week. Another part had to be installed?that took a week.
