I love this car. Quiet and just the right size . Super comfortable on long drives. This is my first SUV and I love the visibility as compared to my small Mercedes that I traded in for this. The upgrades and cameras are so improved also. The only thing that could be better is if it was driverless!!!

I have visited this Carmax location several times over the years, but I?ve never actually bought from them. I appreciate their selection and no pressure process. If you prefer used cars like I do, it?s great to go to a Carmax and compare several makes and models in one place and get your trade appraised. This time around I worked with Harold Speights, who did a great job of finding the cars I was looking for. This is harder than it sounds - the cars don?t always get parked where they belong after a test drive, especially on a busy day, so he had to do a lot of walking around. We ended up unable to find the exact vehicles listed online, which is the reason this Carmax doesn?t get 5 stars. But Harold got me into the right things to try out. Once I narrowed down my interests after a few drives at a few different places, he texted me some stock numbers of cars at several Carmax locations with free transfers. I ended up preferring a different vehicle from a different dealer, but that?s not a knock on Carmax or Harold. Having the written appraisal in hand helped me get a better deal. If you are shopping for a used car, Carmax is a great place to go. Only thing I?d change is that Carmax could do a better job tracking where the vehicles are on the lot.

Man where do I start!! Chase is great!!! When we got the car we came for had sold over night! I know cry me a river! We sat down she pulled up all the local automation, stuck to my price range and pull up similar cars. 20 mins we found the car my wife wanted. Not ever 15mins we leaving to pick it up. Test drove it back to the dealerships. When we got back and told them we wanted the vehicle, then we did the credit!(that was my favorite part). Never pressed to do credit check, made sure we was happy with our choice. Then after credit, we went to James In finance and was smooth sailing after that. Great experience great customer service!
