I purchased EQE 350/25 , I request the quote on Saturday and finish all the numbers over the phone and I pick up the car on Tue (my day off) . The transaction was very clear and smooth . I unexpectedly needed service on a Sunday on my Mercedes I went to Mercedes of Massapequa and initially met Sam in the back service department He was extremely helpful and then guided me to the main service department I met Julia Collagy there and she immediately helped me to get my service issue resolved Julia was so kind and helpful She quickly took my information and entered all my information into the service data base With in about 20 minutes called me to notify the repair was completed and totally fixed I can’t thank her enough for her professionalism and sincere kindness Julia is a tremendous asset to your dealership Mark Costanzo

I highly commend Mr. David Garcia for his knowledgeable, professionalism and caring follow-up manner in which he demonstrated, during the purchase of my Mercedes Benz. Although I was disappointed in dealing with the sales/financial manager for his inappropriate, condescending attitude, Mr Garcia was able to diffuse our differences and finalize the purchase.

I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. My windshield was replaced quickly and done very well. My concern is that since their ownership change, this dealership has become somewhat aggressive with their pricing. I got competitive quotes from two other dealerships. This dealership was 8% higher. I used them because my confidence in my service writer, and the level of service that he has always provided. It should be noted that I had another windshield replaced at this dealership a few years ago, under the original ownership and the cost was more than 30% less. I like the service here, but as I have said I am a little concerned about their pricing.

I would highly recommend working with Ralph Rodriquez at Mercedes-Benz of White Plains. He is very knowledgable about the brand and models but isn't pushy. He made the buying process super simple and valued my time. The dealership has a good selection of certified pre-owned cars at excellent prices.
