It was a great experience from the time I walked in the door. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and given someone's name to come and assist us. Veronica greeted us. We test-drove different vehicles until we made the final decision.

After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. He responded and after contacting RBM, Jordin Mendez was dispatched to my house. In about 20 minutes, the battery was replaced. Great job by Mitch, Jordin and my phone contact at RBM. Much appreciated!

I was looking at purchasing a 2021 E53 cabriolet remotely. David Olsen was fantastic and spent the time taking pictures and walking the vehicle facetime with me. While considering the purchase, ultimately having to secure my own shipping turned me away from this purchase. The dealer ship is A+++ in my opinion.

Worked with Tony who was amazing. Very on top of everything and constantly updating me. Never felt overly pressured. Picked a car as a bit of a fishing expedition and he made things come true and provided the perfect Valentine's gift.

Had service A done and tires rotated. Hard to tell if oil was changed without a dip stick to look at and the tires I guess were rotated but hard to tell with the fact the tire pressure was the same in each wheel as before rotation.

I went into the Autonation Chevy dealership, looking to upgrade my older Silverado for a newer model. Jonathan and Alfredo from the sales team were excellent all around! They were very helpful and patient as I worked through the financing process and coordinated with my insurance. They gave me a fair deal on my truck towards my trade-in, and I was able to leave with the exact pickup that I wanted. Ian in the finance department was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He did a great job of explaining all my options for additional coverages and warranties. Great experience all around.

Kevin was amazing! He wasn’t pushy and made looking and buying a car fun again. #1 salesmen in my books. Bridgeland and Candy Cars had a variety of Wranglers that were quality cars. Kevin also had the Jeeps I wanted to test drive waiting right up front for me! Once I bought my Wrangler, it was serviced, inspected and cleaned waiting for me upfront. Called around various MB dealerships to test drive the 2024 EQB 250+ and finally found available inventory in the San Jose location and spoke to Tedi, who had one parked and ready to test drive as soon as I arrived. Jorge T helped negotiate a great lease deal, and then delivered the car to my house later that evening.
