Do you have a minute - I do - to commend and highly comment on your service writer - Jason Pierce. He has been my service writer for a number of years now with two Mercedes under my belt. He has made me a deliver in service at its best. He met me in the car aisle with a smile and we went over what the car required and how much it was going to cost. There is no surprises when you check out. The did the maintenance on my S560, and then found out that the 4 wheel alignment needed to be done, but that was completed in my estimation in record time. I was only there for a few hours and now my car runs and drives like new again. I am in love with my Mercedes and after years of driving other cars - this one is the best. Wish I could have done it earlier in my life. But back to Mr. Pierce - he is honest and very hardworking. Keeping you continuously in the loop on what needs attention and what doesn't. It's a pleasure to have him as my personal go-getter when it comes to my vehicle. I commend him and I hope you do too! Nice work Mr. Pierce!

The owner and staff of this dealership is just amazing. They took someone, me, that has been broken down, washed to the side and discarded (due to my injuries in Iraq and what I needed to go to get myself better) and they changed my life today. They gave me a chance and got me approved when no one else would. The owner had me in tears when he got me approved. I have had horrible luck sense I was injured in Iraq in 2008 and sense then it seemed to be a downward spiral for me and today Veterans Ford of Tampa CHANGED MY LIFE and got me into the vehicle of my dreams and for that I’m in their debt. Purchased New E450 in January, 2025. Salesman Vinnie Altonello was very accommodating and courteous. Process was rather complicated but handled well to our satisfaction. The finance portion of the sales process also handled very professionally.

Like many others I hate going to a dealership to buy a new car (especially with a toddler and infant). I have to say that this has been and will be (unfortunately for me) the best car shopping experience I will ever have and it is all thanks to Melisa Greenberg! When we arrived at the dealership Melissa had already anticipated our needs by having the vehicle we were looking at detailed and ready for us to test drive. We took a minute to look at the car before even entering the dealership and when we did go in we were immediately met by Melissa who was nothing but courteous and thoughtful and were offered restrooms and refreshments. The rest of the family were able to wait in the customer lounge while I was able to talk business. Side note, the dealership itself is extremely nice, clean, and well maintained. Everyone we talked to was kind and polite. While we weren't there for the fanciest car there (there are some ridiculously nice cars there), Melissa treated us like Rockstar's throughout the entire process, taking care of my families needs while getting us a great deal on our new vehicle and trade offer. She even offered her personal device when my wife had to take her phone back from my toddler. The entire process took about 3 hours which is the shortest time I've ever been at a dealership and I can't recommend Crown Eurocars enough for your car shopping needs. I also can't understate how much of a blessing it was to have Melisa Greenberg as our salesperson.
