I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.

The staff and General Manager resolved a complaint I had filed with the BBB. Turns out it was a big misunderstanding about a vehicle that they were unable to locate and then reported it stolen. Fortunately the vehicle was located ... and this afternoon I purchased the vehicle. I highly recommend Doggett Mercedes ... and you may want to shop for a new vehicle before prices increase. Now is a great time to buy. They made me a very fair deal.

Ok when I tell you my salesperson Ronnie Robles is the best he literally was very patient and helpful with me he pulled my up 3 cars when it was literally time for him to get off and leave he didn’t put me out he didn’t get angry he was just patient until I finally picked the car I wanted mind you this was Saturday and today i finally picked my new baby up and I’m in love with it thanks Ronnie and the whole Hoffman Estates family everyone was so helpful and nice no mean attitudes I got from anyone also to my girl Claudia she was the bomb she help me register my car to my phone and she also went over ever feature I needed to know about my car with me she took my pictures and she knew how a girl loves her pictures lol thanks Claudia everyone was just so patient you guys rock

This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. Contacted Brustolon through cars.com and salesman Dani returned contact by calling me with details on the car I was interested in. Went the extra mile taking videos and emailing them to me. This was a great help considering I lived 6.5 hours away. Financed with the dealership and in 3 days we drove and picked up the car. From start to finish Dani was great to work with. Financing was easy. The car was in the excellant condition that Dani described to me.
