On November 25th I went to the Mercedes on Ontario, and was looking to buy an electric car around 7pm in the evening, I was looking at the EQB 350 when this very nice sales representative Abel Vargas helped us and was very nice and interactive explained to us what was good about the electric vehicles, at the end of the point of buying the EQB 350 the transaction at around 2am Black Friday after hours but I will like to mention excellent and outstanding sales person human being his name is fadi batarni I had a situation where I had to call him, a couple days after but was out of town but still answered right away, like always nice friendly and helpful manner, and I really appreciate the help and appreciate the huge help on purchasing my EQB 350 Thank you much guys I really like my car.

AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I don't know where to begin. I was having such a rough day before entering this dealership and when I drove in I was immediately greeted with love and care. After servicing my vehicle at Tustin Toyota, I have been scared to come back to a dealership for service. I later found out that Tustin Toyota DOESNT POST ON CARFAX. WHAT! My advisor was Amanda and she did a PHENOMINAL job at informing me on exactly what my vehicle needed. My car came in dirty as well (camping trip) and they washed it and now it is sparkling like a star. I usually don't like talking to managers about their employees but I spoke with Denise and she was so kind to all of the customers.
