Great customer service, very helpful. I only bout a $10,000 used car from them and they treated me like I was buying a brand new one. I even left my cell phone in the car when we were test driving, Mo said it?s no problem we can go get it. Didn?t get frustrated with me at all. Stayed late to help me finish my paperwork and they were really kind. The financial guy in the back didn?t just accept the terms on my pre approval but he negotiated for a better interest rate so he could get me some GAP coverage. Really nice people and professional. I?m upset that I didn?t buy my previous cars here. I could have been getting this service- instead I got my car from?. (Okay I won?t bash) ? but you get the point.

I have the 4matic. Car handles very well. Very comfortable and gives you options on how you want to perform (ex TURBO etc). I like the fact you can connect your phone to the car so it will notify you if you left your car unlocked. There's alot of nice features

Initially was in contact with one of the salesman which did not go very well at all. However Damien the sales Director got involved and quite honestly saved the deal. Damien went above and beyond and stuck to everything he said. Honestly I did the deal predominantly because of the way Damien handled the situation! Would recommend anyone going there!

Ray Fuentes sold me a 2008 S 550 he was awesome and his customer service was off the charts, cared about the sale checked on me as I drove it the vehicle from Dallas back to Kansas City I hadn’t seen the vehicle in person but it was everything he said it was, thanks I recommend Auto Mechants to anyone looking for a good used vehicle they will not sale you junk. He took the time give me a call to introduce himself and was very warm, positive and professional. Once my vehicle was ready for pick-up, he called again, greeted me upon my arrival, and did a proper checkout to ensure that the window tint and window seal repair exceeded my expectations. As a brand new Mercedes Benz - Plano service department customer, I am happy to say that Clayton COMPLETELY turned around my overall experience and perceptions of this department. His customer service definitely matched the Mercedes Benz brand which is what I expected from the beginning. As a result, I will continue to work with him in the future.

Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!

Friendly and professional staff. They were very hospitable and made the buying process as smooth as possible. They explained everything to us clearly and didn't try to sneak in any extra charges. Our salesman, Eddie, took especially good care of us and was very patient as we thoroughly looked over the car we were interested in and took our time to make our decision. The car we purchased wasn't a Mercedes and was less luxurious and less expensive than what you would typically expect from a high-end luxury car dealership, but they didn't treat us any differently because of that. Highly recommended!

We built/ordered 2024 GLC300 for my wife in May 2023. Took delivery on 12/1/2023. Darren Shin was our sales advisor. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. If I had a sales opening in my firm, he is exactly the high performing sales person who I would hire!! Kudos and well done.

The styllng was sleek, and driving it was an absolute joy. The performance of this vehicle was top-notch. It looked as good after 4 years as the day I leased it. Interior design was great. Love the set-up of all of the displays. Downside: the tires were thin and I could feel every bump. But I absolutely loved driving this vehicle.
