Paul Jovel (a fleet manager) helped a great deal in ordering the custom spec 2025 G63, keeping me up to date on status of build and shipment throughout the 4 months Paul coordinated with management and helped making a deal with the Manager- Sal when the car arrived. Superfast turn around on my car repair. My appointment was scheduled at 9 AM and by 10:30. It was done. Even though my repair was minor this is a very busy dealership and I expected the turnaround to be much longer.
