I can't speak for others, but my experience was very good. I bought a Lexus LC 500 with very low miles and everything was exactly as Bobby had described. I was coming from a very far distance and Bobby didn't push me too hard. He walked a good line between presenting the vehicle honestly, encouraging me, but also not pushing me to drive out all that way if I didn't want to.
