On 7/25 we brought our 2013 auto in for service. We continue to return, although being solicited by a dealership closer to our home because of Hee Soo Hong. We bought a used C300 and there was some damage to one of the door panels. We had to get the panel spray dyed to repair it after the purchase and the general manager covered the cost. Great post-sale support!

Cars.com landed me at Mercedes-Benz in Walnut Creek, my backyard. Who knew they sold new and USED cars? I would never have thought of this place.. With a background in sales, I could negotiate what I wanted, but they are persistent. Overall, is a lovely dealership with friendly, helpful staff, even if you're buying a used Ford. Just make sure to have a big lunch and prepare for the entire process to take upto 5 hours.
