I always enter a new dealership with hesitation; will they have integrity while conducting sales, or be xxxxxxxx going for the quick buck? East Hills was great to work with: clearly a professional and efficient dealership and Paul Whaley, my salesperson, was incredibly thorough in answering my questions and fully accommodating, but never pushy. Karen Rose in Financing was just as through, accommodating and patient with my questions and her pup, Mia, was a joy to meet. Raul, not my salesperson, made for very pleasant conversation during my wait. While I just purchased my car, I've no barometer to guage long-term support/customer care, but I've no worries that East Hills will be just as accommodating (and if not, I'll update this review). When it's time for my new truck, I'll surely return.

It is so good, i had to buy two of them, and yes they're very pricy. Once you drive it, once you feel it, you won't have second thoughts. No SUV comes even close to it. Design ,quality ,comfort ,sportiness ,craftsmanship, unique vehicle, never bored. Enough said

I took my Aston Martin DB9 there for service and I was handled as royalty by the sales and service staff, especially by the very kind and professional service manager Mikhail Zeltser. My DB9 was serviced ASAP, in fact sooner than expected and I was kept informed all though the service procedure. Recently purchased a 2022 Silverado from Sunrise Chevrolet. Chris and Mike and the entire staff at Sunrise Chevy made the trade and sale and finance real easy.They asked what vehicle I wanted, and they made it happen. Great for king trips. Excellent throttle response, passing power, seats upright and comfortable and draws attention wherever it goes. Only negative is wind noise and fuel consumption. Oh,well it is a 577HP refrigerator.

I unexpectedly needed service on a Sunday on my Mercedes I went to Mercedes of Massapequa and initially met Sam in the back service department He was extremely helpful and then guided me to the main service department I met Julia Collagy there and she immediately helped me to get my service issue resolved Julia was so kind and helpful She quickly took my information and entered all my information into the service data base With in about 20 minutes called me to notify the repair was completed and totally fixed I can’t thank her enough for her professionalism and sincere kindness Julia is a tremendous asset to your dealership Mark Costanzo

This whole process of buying a car was a very positive experience. Since I was 14 I’ve dreamed that one day I’d be able to own a white twin turbo Supra! I’ve been following Brooklyn Auto for a little over a year now. I’ve always loved looking at all the awesome cars they have and dream that one day I’d be able to buy something as cool. I started following them because I’ve always loved Toyota Supra’s, and they always seem to have very quality ones for sell. Only problem is I live in Kansas in they are in New York. But Last month they posted the car I had always wanted. A White Twin Turbo Supra with only 71k miles on it. That night day at about 10pm my time (even later in New York) I texted the number posted and within minutes Adam from Brooklyn Auto Messaged me back. I told him that I really liked the car and preceded to ask questions. That night I ask if he could finance a part of the car and he told me no problem. He had a bank that he used that he trusted. The next morning Adam and I spoke on the phone and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. He was very prompt when requesting any videos, and very responsive with answering all the questions that I had. It took the thought “is this for real” or “a bad deal” completely away! With little time I was approved for the loan and the car was mine! Now for transportation! I’ve always had a bad experience with transporters. Adam told me not to worry because he had a guy. The transport guy called me and told me because I was working with Adam he would hook me up and give me a discount and setup a time to pick up the car the next day. This was on a Thursday, the transporter told me he should have the car to me by the following Thursday. Adam sent me another Video of the car getting loaded up and I got supra excited! Well guess what? That Sunday I got a call from the transporter saying he was only 3 hours out!!! For real!?!?! He showed up 4 days early! Seeing the car for the first time was amazing! Just how it had been described to me! It only took 25 years. Because of Adam I now have the car I’ve always wanted, and it is crazy nice!!!! If you are looking to buy a car from these guys don’t hesitate. They are honest, excellent communicators, very responsive, and have a true passion for what they do! I can’t thank them enough! Bought a 2016 Maserati Gran Turismo from Ismail and couldn't be happier. Sent an email via cars.com on Sunday night at 8:50 got a return email at 9:00 from Ismail who was great to deal with.As it was a 6 plus hour drive they held the car for me.The car was exactly as represented.There was a small imperfection on the rear bumper which I would have been ok with touching up but they wanted to repaint the bumper. Ismail then told me that as we had travelled so far they would deliver the car to our home.It arrived on time as promised. I am very fussy about bodywork and they did an excellent job. Miller has a mind blowing inventory and were super friendly and took great care of us. Would return to Miller and Ismail without hesitation. Thanks!
