I blew a tire driving through Jackson on my way to New Orleans on a Friday afternoon. Mercedes Roadside Assistance had my car towed to the Jackson dealership. I had resigned myself to waiting until at least Monday for a new tire. But the dealership had the tire in stock, and Brian Kelly came in ON HIS DAY OFF to replace my tire. Had the car for four years only had to do basic maintenance like tires an front brakes rear brakes tcase transmission service rear diff. Driven the thing like 65k in those four years perfect for road trips handles pretty decent in the snow an ice, you can tell it's a little heavy going down hill but the trans in snow mode does it's wizardry magic an can keep you going slow. Uphill is a little more exciting in the snow due to the rear wheel bias on the 4matic system but once it kicks the rear end out it reels it back in. It definitely likes the colder air I don't know if it's the intercooler being heat soaked but living somewhere where it's 100 plus in the summer I can tell it's not as peppy versus the winter time when it's in the teens. Interior has held up great with kids. Only thing that's broke on the inside is the springs for the cup holders an the trunk button which wasn't my fault had a friend driving it an they pulled it to hard. The exterior is honestly timeless you can't tell it's a four year old car not to flashy or dull it's a suttle boujee. The service at Mercedes has always been super, everyone thinks you're going to pay an arm an a leg for service but honestly only having to go in once maybe twice a year it's not terrible versus every 5k on other cars I've owned. The factory warranty ran out but Mercedes offered extended for an extra fours on top of the factory unlimited mileage bumper to bumper so they give you peace of mind an it makes you feel like they have faith in their own product to give you unlimited miles. In all the experience has been exciting the turbos spool up quick an gives you a little stu stu, from a dig your pretty quick, when you down shift the exhaust gives you some pops an bangs. Interior looks nice don't really think it'll age terribly considered everything now a days comes with giant screens. An as a technician for a different manufacturer it's not terrible to work on. I would recommend it to anyone.

For context, I currently own 4 M-B vehicles and have owned at least 1M-B vehicle for 50+ years. Last year I bought a new 2024 AMG EQE?it is nice, pretty and a pleasure to drive; however, the fit and finish has not been up to M-B standards, imo. We had to have the entire dashboard realigned. It has now been at the dealership for almost 3 weeks to fix a software and/or sensor glitch. A part had to be ordered from Germany?that took a week. Another part had to be installed?that took a week. While the dealership personnel have been nice, we have been in a loaner for a week, plus.

This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.

My wife and I have been shopping for her new GLS 450 for a couple months now so we randomly stopped by on a Saturday morning. This car is a masterpiece of engineering and looks good from all angles in coupe form. The interior has the right blend of old school buttons, dials and displays giving it a luxurious look and feel you expect from Mercedes. It looks more like a fighter cockpit inside. The seats are comfortable and very supportive as a daily driver. The 3.0L twin turbo engine is superb and only marginally slower than a C63 getting you closer to 4.1s 0-60/0-100 times than the stated 4.7s. There’s not many cars on the road that will outgun the C43. The optional sports exhaust is a must have, I never turn it off. The 69/31 spilt rear biased 4matic system keeps the car firmly planted in all conditions. The car is packed with more safety systems than you could want. I have 18” wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4s that soak up the bumps and eliminates skidding/jumping you sometimes get on cold mornings. Avoid the 19” with run-flats at all cost. As an overall package there are not many cars that hold a candle to the C43. I absolutely love this car.

I was primarily looking for M4, but after test driving C43 it won my heart instantly. Transmission, acceleration, turns, etc. are lot smother but sportier than BMW.... Id highly recommend this car.

I've been buying automobiles for in excess of 60 years and I have to be frank with you and tell you that this group is one of the most professional organizations I've ever dealt with. These are people who stand by there word. If they make a promise or a commitment to you they keep it. They kept the stress out of the buying experience.

When I purchased my car I bought a Perma Plate warranty for tires and appearance. After 3 years my leather (white) dirty and I spilled something in my trunk. I called my original dealer and they contacted Perma Plate, Gave me a car for the two days. My car looks and smell like new again.

Owning this car, and drives like rocket with F1 turbo tech and 4CYL. Engine difference is just surprising. Love the steering and looking forward to upgrade to 21' rims and apply upgrades.

The car runs great, has plenty of pep, comfortable seats and and easy access for controls. Has ample interior room. Traded a 300 SLK for it and there is no comparison.

My C43 AMG is an absolute blast to drive. Nimble handling and tremendous performance. The interior is beautifully laid out. The ride is a little stiff but overall a fantastic car.

The air suspension system in my truck is TERRIBLE! I cannot believe the manufacturer has not done something to address the flawed design and repeated dysfunction of this feature of these trucks!

Oh man. What a fun car to drive. I have the cabriolet and it is awesome to drive on a sunny day. Great handling around curves and great acceleration when needed. No noticeable turbo lag of torque steer. Only wish there were more roads around to push the envelope.
