Maxwell Ford Austin knows what the word ?service? means for customers. Jackie again knockout of the park again, took my truck the minute I arrived, walked me thru the process in a timely manner and invite me to wait in a comfy waiting room, the only bad about this is out of the 3 coffee makers in this room there was not a single one that can provide a decent cup of coffee. Besides that, the service was excellent and the help from the team was nothing less than fantastic.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Service advisor, Ashley M.was courteous, eager to help me, explained what was involved, expected turn-around time and referred me to the waiting area and shared info about hospitality area. In and out within one-hour from this morning appointment. Thank you, Ashley for coordinating the prompt service and positive experience!

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

easiest car buying experience at a dealer of any kind! Chris made the process extremely easy and streamlined, fantastic guy to work with! no hassle with my trade in, got a fair value for it. got the new car prepped and ready quickly. In and out of the finance office in 10minutes with all documents signed and dated. all the new features and buttons on the car were gone over by Chris to make sure i knew how to navigate all the options and explained what certain features did!

We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

Friday morning, I emailed about a vehicle I saw listed on Carfax. I received an automatic response via email and text. I made an appointment to come in and test drive the vehicle. Allen was my contact at the dealership. He was professional, transparent and lots of fun to work with. He made the process seamless and my experience with a large auto dealership was a very impressive experience all around. Mom and pop service from a reputable dealership. I've been visiting dealerships for 2 weeks and after searching and visiting other dealerships, this experience at Infiniti (and with Allen) was incredible in comparison. I'd certainly recommend!

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

Trevor was my service manager. They fixed a hanging trim piece on the roof of my G37 convertible quite nicely as well as addressing troublesome fuel cap issue. Highly recommend this dealership, particularly their service department!!

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

My oil change experience with Service Adviser Matthew Jacobs AND ALL the crew was over-the-top SPECTACULAR. I am probably a pain-in-the-rear customer, AND THEY STILL treated me like ROYALTY. The people in the shop were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL.

Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

Service area is clean and they provide complimentary drinks and snack. It is easy to find a quiet place to work while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Another great, 5star experience!!! So I had a scheduled appointment to wait at the dealership for an oil change, tire repair and a concern I had about the performance of my vehicle. My advisor Peyton, was awesome, able to get the foreman and whom also advised me,Tony, to ride with me and ask about my concerns shortly after I arrived. After taking my vehicle to the back, the technician Travis, did an inspection and was able to find other issues that needed attention. So I was able to get the repairs done all at once. Which was great cause of my busy schedule. Peyton was very knowledgeable and quick to give updates, quotes and time frame of repairs needed. I was impressed with the lead cashier Kimberly, who listened in on our conversation and although I had expected to wait, she was able to come up with a solution for a day rental so I could get the rest of my errands done and pick up my kids after school. This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

We had the best experience EVER at Round Rock Hyundai. We live in College Station, TX. We started our search here looking into every car dealership in town with the best offer for trade-in and monthly payment we could afford. We are seniors on Social Security. We had a definite number in mind that we could afford monthly. Round Rock Hyundai is the Only dealership that met our needs. And as for the professional, friendly, courteous employees, they are TOP NOTCH!! No pushy sales talk just listened and made things happen to our benefit. Above our expectations in fact. We drove away with a beautiful Hyundai Tucson. We recommend them highly (from 1-10) we give them A 15!!!!

I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

Great experience so far with the Tacoma. Have loved the ride and comfort it provides, with the only negative so far being some of the quality of the interior isn’t the greatest. The door panels specifically are loose feeling on the handles, seems cheap for a $55k truck.
