I give 5+ stars to this dealership. We accompanied our granddaughter to purchase her first car. Kim was the sales associate. She was awesome…no pressure, answered her questions, and helped her to get payments that were affordable. She found just the car that was best for her, with the help of Kim, at a competitive price. I've never been a Ford product fan,but this truck has won me over. We bought ours used this year and LOVE it. I had determined that I was buying a loaded Tahoe LTZ when the wife had seen the Navi come up at a very good price. She was interested and since we had nothing to do that day, we decided to go and test drive it. That particular one was "road hard and put up wet" but, my wife noted how easy it was to get in and out of.........she suffers osteoarthritis in her knees and felt no pain getting in and out with the larger side steps. Since that was not a complaint for her, we started looking and found the one we currently own. It is quiet, roomy, nice stereo and is a very nice ride when traveling. I'm still not quite a Ford fan, but.........this has gotten me to give them a second look at least.

We were looking for a vehicle to pull a boat & go on family vacations! This vehicle fit our family’s needs. It has plenty of space and plenty horsepower.

Worked with both Robert and Seth on our purchase and the experience was great. There was a minor glitch in one of the power seats and they had it fixed before I brought my wife back to see the car. The price was also better than what I had found anywhere else. Highly recommend these guys.

Had this vehicle about a month so far and loving it! Easy to drive with lots of comfort and power. The twin turbos are awesome. Lots of creature comforts are standard. Got a great deal on this vehicle that would be out of my price range new.

My third Navigator ... by far the best. Ride is superb. Exterior design and color draw compliments. Ample interior room, despite my 6'5", 300 lbs frame. Acceleration from the turbo charged V8 is remarkable. My previous Navs pale in comparison ... their weight always notable when trying to get up to speed. Love most of the interior design and materials. However the silver coating material on the control knobs look and feel cheap and totally out of character with the rest of the car. A head scratcher for sure. My only other complaint is the Blind Spot indicator not activating until the passing vehicle is already adjacent to my vehicle instead of the warning light illuminating as the car is first approaching. Definitely a reference issue, however. Overall, the car is a real joy...one I plan on reliving time and time again.

The gentleman whom I have had to deal with were very professional and polite. Will continue to take my vehicle back to them.

From all of the high tech features, the wonderful sound system, the comfortable adjustable seats that are both heated and cooled, it drives like a dream. I had to get used to the size but it was well worth it but I will have to admit that the true selling feature was the running boards.

I FIRST STARTED WITH A NEW ONE OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR 1998. THEN A 2000, 2003, 2006, 2009 THEN MY CURRENT BLACK HORSE 2013. 2013 BY FAR MY FAVORITE. I'M 6'3" AND CAN WEAR MY STETSON IN THE FRONT SEAT. THE BACK FOLDS UP AND CAN HAUL ANYTHING MY WIFE DESIRES! LOL. SMOOTH, BEAUTIFUL AND POWERFUL. TOWS 8400 POUNDS STOCK. I HAVE HAD THIS FOR 5 YEARS AND 100K MILES WITH NO BIG PROBLEMS.

Gorno picked up my car, repaired it and returned it to my driveway all in one day. Their service department worked with me and used my points to lower the cost of repair. Excellent service and treatment!

Lincoln. That says it all. Epitome of luxury. The 3 row seating is super spacious and comfortable. Bought for a family of 4, 2 car seats and labradors. A++

Had great communications with Jesse and scheduled a test drive which was fine except for getting to Walmart to stop and return and discovering the key was back at the dealership, so almost got stuck. Later bought the car and went smoothly except got home and tire pressures were from 34 to 55 psi, and rear wiper package was left on and scratched window before I discovered it.

We love all of the options to include factory DVD headrest. The color combination we chose was perfect for us. We love the black on black exterior with the light beige seating and darker floors.

Excellent all around vehicle with high riding seat great trunk space 4 wheel drive towing of 9000 lbs and great all around visibility. Also very comfortable ride.

I got my front and back breaks done. Quick service and Fey was extremely nice. Price wa lower than quoted at Firestone.

I have the L series, it fits 6 comfortably, has great performance, however gas mileage is not that great. But it does depend on how you drive.
