I bought my used certified 2013 MKX 3 years ago and its been a wonderful car. It definitely drives like a luxury vehicle and is spacious inside in comparison to other models I drove. Super easy to maneuver; one drawback it's acceleration. There is a bit of a lag when you punch it.

Making a verbal deal and leaving a deposit, I returned the following Friday after working in Palm Beach Gardens, a 3-1/2 hour drive. Exhausted i sat down and signed a myriad of forms and the closing document. It seemed more than our verbal agreement, but I chalked that up to faulty memory of my advanced age. i was helped transferring stuff from my trade in with a light rain falling. I shook hands and thanked him profusely for the help and drove back to Bradenton. Several day later I received a call telling me that they had not counted my trade in in the final balance.
