Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

Bought it used , so far so good . I took it on a 2000 mile run , better than average , two other owners , 165000 miles , well maintained by previous owners . CA , AZ , New Mexico run in heat , no problems so far .

Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

Its a great car overall. Looks great, feels great, and drives smooth. It has more of that luxury feel to it than a sporty sedan; more like a "grown up" car than a "youth" car. Very luxurious on the inside. The mouse pad and small video display are a little tricky to control, especially while driving. It has all of the luxuries of a 2014 luxury car, including heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and a power fold-up screen on the back window. It's a great car to drive because it has a smooth ride and the hybrid option means you spend a lot less on gas (you can go long distances without having to refuel often. Which also has an advantage over fully electric cars that you need to charge every two hours of driving).

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

Once over 100K mi. Replace the Hybrid battery! This car os like the ones of old. Good for about 100K mi or 10 yrs. Then get rid of it.... inherent design flaws rear their ugly heads and start denying you of a paycheck! Hybrid battery failure, CVT failure, head gasket failure. Hybrid drive link failure and and and and!

I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.

I have bad credit.. and was turned down from alot of different dealers Marino, Hawk,Naperville and Shermans.. all said No.. but Carmax have me thre car I wanted wth super low miles.. I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

I purchased my car in December 2006. If this car could talk...we've been on some adventures! Repairs can be expensive without a warranty but as fair as looks and performance...I'm still rolling smoothly in 2024! I plan on keeping my car until the wheels fall off...no car note has spoiled me!

I bought my 08 ES a little over a month ago with 144k on it. So far I am genuinely LOVING this car. I don’t think I’ll ever not drive a Lexus from here on out. I’ve already put almost 2k on it because I just have so much fun driving it! The 272 HP is kinda crazy, it’s very quick! Never drove a car with that much horsepower before so I was shocked LOL. Very comfy to be in and really hard to believe it’s an 08. I have the backup camera so it really makes me feel like I’m in a newer car. Can’t say enough good things. I will be driving this “til the wheels fall off”! Go buy one if you need a “new” reliable ride. You won’t regret it :D

will cruise 80 down the highway ,and you will think your driving a V6. Awesome cars.. did my first repair on our 2010 RX 350, thermostat. These cars dont sit in the shop like BMW and mercedes. Buy this hybrid .... this isnt a prius here. Buy this or the avalon limited. We Have one of each. 2014 es 300 and 2015 Avalon hybrid. 40 MPG is a no brainer.bought both used. New cars are new one day. Paid $20,000 each and both were over $40000 new. Its like it was a buy one get one free

Zach and his team went above and beyond when my parents purchased their car several years ago. They seldom drive these days so when Dad was not able to start the car recently even after trying to charge the battery, we reached out to Zach. Based on our conversation he took the initiative to order a new battery in case it was needed. We scheduled a time for him to come to the house and take a closer look. It turned out, they needed a battery. Zach installed the new one on the spot. In less than 30 minutes it was all resolved. I bought car in 2024 with single owner and well maintained at Lexus dealership. Drove almost 20K miles and no other expense other than pcc valves & regular maintenance. Drives lile riding on cloud so silent that few of my buddies newer 2025 year cars don’t keep up to standards. 20 year old car & nothing squeks in interior

What an amazing car, I bought mine with 105,000 miles and have put nearly 3,000 miles on it in just about one month. It rides and drives like a dream! The styling has definitely held up well, it doesn't look dated or strange for a 15 year old car. In fact I get compliments on mine all the time! The fit and finish are Lexus top notch and I am averaging 28 mpg in city and highway mixed driving! The V-6 is fast and silky smooth. I look forward to driving her every day! I think the only negative is that the technology is from 2009 so don't expect much but it was top of the line back then so it was good for it's day. The premium stereo (not Mark Levinson) is awesome, and the seats are ultra comfy too. I hope to hit 300k miles with my ES350!!! Best car I've ever owned!
