I must say, after reading some of the previous reviews, I really wasn't sure about this place. But Emmanuel Ngoka (Manny) made things Happen!!! I was unable to drive my vehicle home that day, but when I say Manny DELIVERED and Made it HAPPEN...he did exactly just that!!! He drove my new vehicle and delivered it in person to my home. I live over 2hrs away and he made it possible. Despite the previous reviews Please ask for Emmanuel Ngoka...I PROMISE he will take care of you. Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.

Had a Kia Sportage stolen around Thanksgiving of last year. The collision shop in Henrietta was very very helpful and accommodating. The car was totaled. However. Went to BJ MAZDA dealership interested in a used CX-30. Salesman didn't seem to interested in helping me out. Conversation lasted about 5 mins Ended up buying one from a another Mazda dealership that afternoon.

Mija Aguilera is amazing sale associate. He tried so hard to find us the car that we want. He did not afraid to ask manager to give us a good deal. Also Massi kazemi is a great sales manager. He did everything he could to make us happy. I used to buy Lexus from other places but not anymore. I will definitely come back to DARCARS to buy car here because I know I will get a excellent service and the best price. I don’t think I can get a good deal like DARCARS.
