When you have managers like Patrick you see from the top down why this dealership stands out from it's competition. Patrick Jaccar personally ensured my fianceé had a comfortable loaner car while her dream F sport came in. With dealerships having limited inventory right now due to shortages this type of customer service is what wins not just immediate business but also generational and referral. We are truly grateful for Sergio and Patrick Jaccar. Not only did they exceed any expectations we had they made the car buying experience fun, easy and accommodating. The way it should be right? I must say, after reading some of the previous reviews, I really wasn't sure about this place. But Emmanuel Ngoka (Manny) made things Happen!!! I was unable to drive my vehicle home that day, but when I say Manny DELIVERED and Made it HAPPEN...he did exactly just that!!! He drove my new vehicle and delivered it in person to my home. Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.
