He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. Once I had all the numbers laid in front of me ( like MSRP, sale price, cap cost, adj cap cost, base rent, tax and final monthly premium) I knew I was getting a great deal. The service was top notch from the minute I pulled into the service driveway. I was promptly greeted and told that a service advisor would be with me momentarily. My service advisor was friendly and went over the his service recommendation and explained his rationale for it as opposed to the one I had selected. He promptly checked me in. The waiting lounge was very comfortable and well stocked with beverages, magazines, and computers to use, if necessary. I was regularly updated via text, and when it was time to pick up my car, the process was as simple and straightforward as when I dropped the car off.
