I was reached out by Edgard against my query for a quote. From the get go he was super helpful and clear. He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. Once I had all the numbers laid in front of me ( like MSRP, sale price, cap cost, adj cap cost, base rent, tax and final monthly premium) I knew I was getting a great deal. Next day I went in and he along with his manager assisted me with professionalism and I came out a happy customer. Will definitely recommend these guys.

I always bring my Lexus to this dealer for service. I find the service managers with whom I have worked over the last few years at the Olympic Blvd. location to be very helpful, reliably communicative, attentive to my concerns, and a pleasure with whom to deal. The service was top notch from the minute I pulled into the service driveway. I was promptly greeted and told that a service advisor would be with me momentarily. My service advisor was friendly and went over the his service recommendation and explained his rationale for it as opposed to the one I had selected. He promptly checked me in. The waiting lounge was very comfortable and well stocked with beverages, magazines, and computers to use, if necessary. I was regularly updated via text, and when it was time to pick up my car, the process was as simple and straightforward as when I dropped the car off.

Seen the car, drove the car. Had drink at the brew area , signed paperwork , was on the 405 crusing.

Cisco was very professional and answered any questions I had.He also offered transportation if I needed it.He was engaging and explained the service needed in detail.

We met Steven at the Lexus Cerritos Dealership. He was here helpful and informative. We appreciated his help a lot and was very patient until we found our Lexus.

Anais was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I showed up without an appointment and she helped me right away, had the technician work on my car and also look up to see if there were any recalls on my car and she found that there was a recall that needed to be addressed and she had everything thing done in a timely manner on the same day. Anais was very professional and provided excellent service.
