I would drive to another state to do business with the leadership team of Germain Lexus Dublin. Bryan Hammond used car sales manager is a master in his industry and customer satisfaction oriented leader; this is obvious by all the associates you encounter from start to end. Not everything can be perfect, but when a hiccup surfaces Brian and Andy; management team responded swiftly and professionally. Then you make your way to finance, and if your lucky the you’ll land in Ryan’s office!! He juggled me in person, and the husband out of town electronically and never missed a beat, making the entire transaction seamless right down to “no high pressure sales” for extended warranty’s, answered all my questions and eased any concerns! I bought the extended 5yr and exterior/interior protection for extra peace of mind, I’m so happy!!Great job team… I will recommend them ( Especially Mr Bryan Hammond) to anyone and everyone!! Had a rx 350 prior to this one I purchased. Got this one used w/ 32,500 on it. Wow what a great ride AWD with snow mode, sport mode, eco mode. Sport mode tends to tighten up the car w quicker steering and tighter suspension. Snow mode is for you know Snow. Eco mode gives it a floating feeling. I also tow my 2200# pop up with ease.
