Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing! I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. When it comes to my family and purchasing vehicles we used to dread going to a car dealership like a kid going to the dentist. Anais was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I showed up without an appointment and she helped me right away, had the technician work on my car and also look up to see if there were any recalls on my car and she found that there was a recall that needed to be addressed and she had everything thing done in a timely manner on the same day.
