Bryan Hammond used car sales manager is a master in his industry and customer satisfaction oriented leader; this is obvious by all the associates you encounter from start to end. Not everything can be perfect, but when a hiccup surfaces Brian and Andy; management team responded swiftly and professionally. Then you make your way to finance, and if your lucky the you’ll land in Ryan’s office!! He juggled me in person, and the husband out of town electronically and never missed a beat, making the entire transaction seamless right down to “no high pressure sales” for extended warranty’s, answered all my questions and eased any concerns! Great vehicle!
It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.
