I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. 2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

Second NX I’ve owned. My ‘17 NX200 had zero issues the 5 years I owned it. The ‘24 NX 350 FSport has everything I want and some things I didn’t know I would enjoy. I appreciate the upgraded engine and 275hp. The programmable “custom” settings is something I was surprised to have. Besides Sport and Eco mode, you can program the vehicle to where the steering and suspension is tight but you have normal throttle/shift points. The upgraded stereo is plenty loud although the “hey Lexus” infotainment is slow and still kind of clunky, albeit better than the old platform. The associated Lexus app is user friendly, and the credit card key replacing the key fob is a subtle but welcome change: one less thing to carry. Overall it is a fantastic vehicle and has aggressive lines and adequate performance that I thing rivals anything in its class. Couple that with Toyota reliability and you have a winner. Certainly worth looking at it, I’d contend worth the purchase.

It's a wonderful automobile. legendary Lexus comfort and handling and a pleasure to drive. The price point is no longer a bargain, but it's worth the cost.

Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.

This is the SUV that’s perfect for me. Comfortable, quiet, great tech and great HP. Looks great. Love the heads up display, the digital rear view mirror and the surround view camera. This is the SUV to purchase if you want a small powerful luxury vehicle to drive in comfort
