downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

I find the service managers with whom I have worked over the last few years at the Olympic Blvd. location to be very helpful, reliably communicative, attentive to my concerns, and a pleasure with whom to deal. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing! I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. The service was top notch from the minute I pulled into the service driveway. I was promptly greeted and told that a service advisor would be with me momentarily. My service advisor was friendly and went over the his service recommendation and explained his rationale for it as opposed to the one I had selected. He promptly checked me in. The waiting lounge was very comfortable and well stocked with beverages, magazines, and computers to use, if necessary. I was regularly updated via text, and when it was time to pick up my car, the process was as simple and straightforward as when I dropped the car off.
