Rear ended in a blowing rainstorm at 70+ mph such an impact as to bend the chassis to ground level st the receiver hitch. All the doors were jammed and the door frames crumpled. My wife suffered a cracked vertebrae NO OTHER INJURIES. A LIFE SAVER. 1999 model LX 470 w 148,000 miles. Shop carefully and BUY a nice used one. Safe-comfortable but not cheap. I only write reviews for truly exceptional businesses. Truly great buying and post-purchase experience. My wife fell in love with this Jeep, and Dan let us take it for a test drive “as long as you want”. We didn’t abuse the offer, but went for a healthy drive. Loved the manual, but you always have to wonder if the prior owner wore out the clutch, but no problem as Dan had already installed a new clutch as well as a couple new tires and a couple other things. We returned it and said we wanted to sleep on it. There was no hard sell at all. I called the next day to see if I could bring it to my regular mechanic. “No problem”, said Dan. I took it to my regular guy half expecting to get a report back about a half dozen things that were either worn out, broken, or just missing. As it turned out, my mechanic came back saying, “we couldn’t find a single thing wrong!” He seemed disappointed, so I know he tried to find anything. Even with that, I was a little nervous about the purchase - you know what I’m talking about, that “Am I just buying someone else’s problem?” feeling. We needed a car, my wife loved the car, it came back with a clean inspection, and the price was very reasonable compared to other options I reviewed online. So we went for it. Dan made sure the car was detailed and handled all the registry stuff. Not two days after we got delivery, the engine light comes on. I’m thinking, “Here we go….this is going to cost me”:( We called, and Dan was genuinely horrified, “Bring it in, I’ll take care of it.” Full stop right there. Awesome! We had already paid for the car, and I was not expecting that response. Dan provided a loaner and took what I would call exceptional care of the car not only fixing the what-ended-up-being-a-minor-issue, but also doing a full check, again, post-purchase, just to make sure it was perfect. I waited a month to write this review just to make sure nothing else happened, and it hasn’t. The car is great; my wife is happy. As I reflect back on the whole buying and post-purchase experience, I am in awe. How many companies these days not only ‘do what they say they will do’ but also add in a few ‘surprises and delights’? If you are a serious buyer, go here and buy from DRIVE and sleep well at night based on your good decision made.

This is my 2nd lexus lx and love the car would buy a 3rd however if you are 6'2 on long drives not confortable at all and mpg is horrible i average in city 12mpg highway 17 combined 14.5 to 15 but if you have this car mpg is not a factor but compared to the competition could be lot better i love the design of the car its very elegant mine is a 06 and no one can tell that its 11 years old big downside is no aux n usb with ml sound system and no ice box in center console like the ones overseas

I’ve never bought sight unseen before, but the process was simple. Ordered a GX470, paid for timing-belt and fluid service, and it shipped quickly. The vehicle looks and drives fantastic.

I bought this vehicle new in late 1998. It now has 356000 miles, engine runs like new, doesn't use a drop off oil between changes, (Mobil 1 5W-30). 4-wheels through sand, mud, snow fantastic, (all 4 wheels locking differentials). Fantastic on long and short trips. Expensive on gas and parts, (when needed). Love it!

I had a great experience from start to finish especially with my salesman. The finance manager who did all the paperwork and explained everything to me about the different options that I had and I did choose one of the options for my vehicle. So overall I get my whole experience there that day a 100% for their customer service.

Overall, the experience of buying a used car was very easy. They had friendly staff. The area was clean. I did have some cosmetic repair and they took care of all that I would definitely buy another one from this dealership.

I am on my 4th LX470. I will have very hard time when I decide to move to a different vehicle. These things are indestructible. My current is a 2006 with only 29k miles on it, my last I sold with 273k on it, no rust, no tears, two sets of breaks, three sets of Michelin LTX m&s tires on regular oil Changes and nothing else required. Lexus quality at its best. I think most of these SUVs will run 400k-500k miles without many issues. Buy them from private sellers with oil change documentation and service at Toyota dealers...much less costly if service is required.

I bought a 2010 lexus sh250s, it had a bad window motor and trunk latch. The owner said is was willing to fix it, if I bought the car. That week the part came in and it was fix immediately. I would definitely buy another car from here . Another thing I didn't deal with any of the b.s you will find at 90% car lot and they didn't have crazy fees !!

I was planning on purchasing it for Toyota Land Cruiser as a second car for my Toyota Sequoia which had 400,000 miles on it. LX 470 is an upgraded Land Cruiser and much more comfortable and I love the car.

If you lilke SUV's you will love this one. It drives and handles like a car but is roomy enough for family and friends, 8 of them. This car is loaded with anything you could possibly need for a trip.

Thinkin about that new RX350? Well consider the '00 LX 470. The 2000 Lexus LX 470 was Toyota's more plush alternative to the 100 series Land Cruiser, but don't be fooled by that majestic real wood and leather interior - this is probably the most capable car ever, period. The 3rd row seats have enough room to snooze for endless drives. The 4.7 Liter V8 sounds quieter than a breeze. The Nakamichi sound system is as close as you'll get to a mobile nightclub. Sure, the V8 may be quite mediocre, at only 230 bhp and 330 lb/ft torque, but keep in mind - the V8 is INDESTRUCTIBLE - LITERALLY. Our car was bought at 266,000 miles, but that really doesn't matter. GET ONE ASAP.

I've been looking for a BMW 535d preferably a 2016 that wasn’t some clapped out facebook marketplace “special“. If you know about bmw diesels they are hard to come by for a good price around here. Bought my LX 470 with 185,000 miles on it. At 244,000 and am finally having issues with the AHC suspension. Updating to strutmasters coil overs and struts. Around $1500 including installation. Bought this car for a fraction of original sales price and have had no issues whatsoever. Rides like a dream, powerful, and unbelievably sure footed in the ice and snow. Never had a vehicle even close to this steady.

I bought a 2011 Lexus gx460 from Tom at EuroSam Auto in October of 2021. It was a pleasant experience and they even [paid the labor to fix some pretty major items for me after the sale. I waited till now to make my five star review due to t my work travel schedule impacting the times that repairs were made. The whole process had great communication.
