Purchased a car at KIA of Carson. JC was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He went over the car features and pointed out the differences between the cars we were looking at. He was patient and friendly.

SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

2/24/2021 I just bought a KIA Seltos from Pomona KIA and I love it! Jason was my Sales Consultant and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I usually hate the car buying process, but Jason and everyone I dealt with (the Manager, the Finance Dept and the Service Dept) made it a pleasure. I wasn't pressured to buy any add ons or into a price that was going to make me sorry I even walked in the door. I was looking into trading in my 2021 Kia Telluride LX for a 2022 Kia Telluride EX. I was looking for a specific color with 2nd row bench seating. Liz was my initial online point of contact and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
