I had a fantastic experience leasing my 2026 Kia EV9 from Sand Kia. My salesperson, Gonzo, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. As a parent, it meant a lot that he took the time to show my family the vehicle and even let me take it home to test how well it fit our needs—especially making sure our Wonderfold wagon and car seats worked with the layout. Once my family gave their stamp of approval, I headed back to the dealership and found all the paperwork ready to go. Gonzo made the process seamless, and Sand Kia put together a great lease deal for us. My car needed service and my advisor Ray Garcia was very.. informative on what my vehicle needed and gave me a pamphlet and described the breakdown to me to keep track, love it!! We purchased our Kia Seltos on 9/17, Shadi Tawil was awesome. He walked us through the entire process, was helpful, kind and considerate. He really cares about his customers, and takes you through the process with ease. The finance guy was very nice and efficient. WE were not in there for hours. I highly recommend Shadi and Rodeo if you are in the market for a Kia. The whole process was 1.5 hours. Thank you all.

Overall, very great for the salesman. However, it is a little bit surprised that any negotiation space existed. The financial officer tried to push us to add extended warranty.

The service department is well organized and provides good service. I live in Gilbert but drive to Mark Kia to get service for my Telluride.
