Joe is a very genuine salesman who helped me find the perfect car and I can’t thank him enough. When I mentioned concerns, he quickly addressed them with no hesitation. He was very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything. He was extremely patient, not pushy, and worked within my budget. The entire experience from start to finish was pleasurable. I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

I love the way it rides nice and comfortable. Picks up power on hills and it’s a perfect size for long trips to pack what u need!!

Went to dealership to purchase a new telluride, only to find out they are very hard to find due to high demand. My salesman searched the dealership locations to see if there was one on a lot that fits my criteria. Nope, the best they could do for me was to put some money down a one that was being built as we spoke in West Point, Georgia. That delivery was in a little more than 4 weeks away. So ordering one from the start would have been a few months for delivery. I gave them a down payment on the one being built, a 2022 Telluride S, in dark moss. That color was 3rd on my list. I got the car in less than 3 weeks and it is awesome. The comfort, the ride, the quiet cabin, the standard features, the captains seats in the second row, everything about it is the way I like my cars to be. Everyone who comes to see it, loves it. I even get stopped on the road with "Thumbs up" when it gets eyeballed. I traded a Grand Cherokee for it, and I'm glad I did.

I'm very satisfied. The staff is nice and professional. It was a great transportation,in time. And the recall work was done earlier than expected. It was surprisingly that my car was washed. Thank you!

Grinding gear-meshing noise in drivetrain. It started with 2000 miles intermittent, !500 now-steady noise when drive train is engaged. Filed complaint with KIA. At first they insinuated I was hearing things. They now acknowledge it but don't know what it is. Frustrated as xxxx. Another appt. on 10-31. My dealer is not great. Ready to take the hit and go back to VW Atlas.

This is my second Telluride, both have been trouble free, excellent vehicles. Have had BMW in the past and quite frankly the feel behind the wheel is comparable. Highway gas mileage is excellent, can easily get 28 mpg with the cruise set at 78 mph (mine is awd). Could not be more pleased.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

First off I would recommend this dealership to all my friends.. I went in to purchase a 2016 maxima from the minute I got in… Rehan was on it he made me felt at home not pushy was great with me my credit wasn’t so great and he help me get the car with no haggle… thanks Rehan we will see u soon for our next one.
