We love all the techie features. It remembers my seating settings so I don’t have to mess with the seat every time I drive it. It’s good on gas & stereo system is awesome. Also has pretty good giddyup and go when you need it.

I can’t say enough good about shults of warren from Sean Ellsworth, Troy Berg, James Beach and Adam Dorsey in service. They got us out of a lease we were over on miles and into a better higher mile lease. They try to get into a car and get the sale. I was raised in a small used car lot and , auto repair shop, body shop. I absolutely didn’t like dealing with dealers but Shults of Warren is Different

Only driven about 350 miles but so far it's been great. Coming from a vehicle with the typical audio and HVAC controls there was a learning curve but it wasn't an issue for me. I like the distinctive styling and creature comforts like heated steering wheel and seats. Still getting the hang of the backup camera and how the lines relate to the actual position of the vehicle.

Cailin, the service writer is super. Pleasant and courteous. West Herr needs to be more clear on its warranty time and mileage parameters. Could be a little quicker. Took almost an hour and a half for oil and filter change and tire rotation. Yes, I did have an appointment. Thank you Cailin!

My only complaint, which has no impact on either salesperson, is the internet prices do not match the actual price of the vehicle without any obvious disclosure about the price listed on the website. I suggest the owner change the way they are displayed. It is very deceptive and almost deterred our purchase. Izzy saved the day on that sale!!!

I have to say that Jeffrey Belmonte was an outstanding sales agent. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, he made some suggestions then showed me a Carnival and a K5. He provided excellent information on both vehicles in order for me to make the best decision. Looking at a Carnival, it was solid and nice, but I will only transport me. Mike, the service manger, went out of his way to get me in. When you crank position sensor goes out, life can be very unpleasant. There was a cancelation, and they got me in immediately.
