We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. Although, family have visited the new location on Harbor Blvd, this was my first experience. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile from a young person that informed me that someone would be with me soon. Jeremy was pleasant and patient with this old man throughout the process. The Sedona was there for overdue maintenance and it feels great to get it done. There was a pleasant surprise seeing a familiar face in Luiz in the new surroundings.
