New and used 2025 Kia Sorento SUVs for sale near Pasadena, TX

Love my kia forte, the maintenance is amazing 👏 love the team that takes care of my car. Jay has been very helpful and the other staff. Can't remember everyones name but everyone was nice and understanding.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

I have been going to Freddy Kia for years ever since there were on the Gulf Freeway .They make me feel like family. There are nothing but good people there. I would recommend everyone to give them a shot ,you will not be disappointed.

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

My only issue is that the car i was interested in was sold well before I came to look at it and despite asking through the online chat feature for the availability I never received anything prior to my visit. This disconnect between actual inventory and that listed on Cars.com shouldn't have happened. Otherwise I am satisfied with the vehicle I did end up purchasing and the monthly cost is fair for a new vehicle.

Mr. Mark demonstrated exceptional customer service from the beginning. He promptly scheduled an appointment for my daughter's vehicle despite other dealerships' reluctance to accommodate us for 15 days due to starter issues. He also managed to set up my appointment for an oil change on short notice this Saturday. So I have purchased two vehicles Joe Myers. Both times I've had an amazing experience. The sales manager Vince and sales director Nick are awesome. They made sure they got me in the car I wanted and actually listened to me. When I got my car serviced Chris was patient and very informative. I can tell at this place I was not just another dollar.
