New and used 2025 Kia Sorento SUVs for sale near Cherry Hill Mall, NJ

I just felt like I was given a good deal, met pretty much all my expectations. I didn?t feel rushed. I was able to trade in my 2019 even though it needed some work. Customer service was great. Sales rep appeared knowledgeable. The floor supervisor that sits in the front was really great and helped us out. The whole team was great and trust Means lot in the buying process, so I didn?t feel rushed or anything. Overall pretty good experience.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

I recently bought a 2023 Kia Sorento from Burlington Kia in new jersey. We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience with “Kia Cam”. I appreciated that he took time to give me what I wanted. I understand sales. There was no pressure from this young man. I had many dealers contacting me in my quest for a Sorento but I felt I only wanted to give my business to Cameron or “KiaCam”. (As I like to call him). He was perfect. My purchase was intentional but impromptu because I was tired of my Benz. I do not regret the change. I’m super satisfied with my truck and my experience with Mr. Cameron.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

Scott is one of the most honest car sales people you will meet. He was incredibly helpful, no pressure, very consultative. They also have a wonderful service department! We met with Kevin while going through my lease and he was able to answer service questions in a very informative way! Even their GM Vince is very hands on and helpful! It's rare to find good customer service and support when car shopping--but Turnersville Kia checks all the right boxes! We will be back!

Just purchased our third consecutive Kia and the first from Turnersville Kia. What a contrast in style and efficiency from the previous two dealerships. Our purchase experience was smooth. Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Turnersville Kia. We love our KIA EV6. This is our first ever all electric car. We never even had a hybrid before either. However, our salesperson CJay Washington was extremely patient and helpful as we asked dozens of questions. We called back the next day after the sale and he was just as patient and helpful as he was before we purchased. CJay was great, he demonstrated he was really commited to meeting our needs.
