New and used 2025 Kia Sorento LX for sale near Florence-Graham, CA

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

I recommend because they give me a excellent service and have a kindness and helpful workers.

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

I had issues with my Kia Sorrento while on vacation. Desiree Rodriguez was outstanding! She was friendly, helpful, informative and efficient and made me feel at ease. Her personality combined with her fantastic customer service skills made my experience extremely pleasant.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. Not only that, he was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Anyone who has spent time car shopping knows how tiresome it can be. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Umer. Although, family have visited the new location on Harbor Blvd, this was my first experience. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile from a young person that informed me that someone would be with me soon. Jeremy was pleasant and patient with this old man throughout the process. The Sedona was there for overdue maintenance and it feels great to get it done. There was a pleasant surprise seeing a familiar face in Luiz in the new surroundings. The last time I saw him was possibly ten years ago! Thanks you Jeremy for the kindness and to the entire team for the smiles and hospitality!
