I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

Like so many have said before, this was a low pressure, no hassle experience. Brian did a great job of answering all our questions and showing us various cars in our price range. This was the third car my wife and I have purchased from Hertz and we would not hesitate to buy our next one there. I hate the usual car buying process, but the no haggle pricing makes decision making easy - and the prices are very fair.

I can only say that I thought it was a simply delicious experience.

I wouldn't take my time to write this review, but after I saw the negative reviews I decided to share my opinion. I had a great experience at Herz and I always send anyone asking there. Today a friend of mine showed me the bad reviews on this website and asked me if I am sure that this is the place. I showed him great reviews that Hertz has on other websites and decided to write this one.We purchased 2017 Altima and they even called us when they received the second key. THere was no presure for getting warranty, etc and we got a great rate. You should go and check for yourself.

Overall, I had a very positive experience. This was largely due to my OUTSTANDING salesperson, Charles Barron. Kamarie in finance also did an excellent job, but I have to say that Charles went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Great person, fun to spend time with, trustworthy felt that he really wanted to make me happy. Pretty impressed, start to finish!

This was an in and out process! Scott Solomon went above and beyond to making sure we were informed and were taken care of. They had a lot of choices and we were able to find the right car for us! We love our Kia Carnival so much. And this dealership made me feel comfortable and well taken care of!

I had a delightful experience buying my new Sportage. Everyone was extremely friendly, from the moment I walked in, and Danny was excellent. From start to finish the experience was very smooth. Danny answered all my questions and even showed me around the dealership. Juan in financing was wonderful as well. He was friendly and easy to talk to as well. I have already told my friends and family about my experience, and that if they are in the market, they should choose this dealership and ask for Danny!!

From Jose in sales to Steve in service, McGrath Kia is best! Every now and then I will get messages from Jose making sure I am satisfied with my purchase (Which I definitely am!) to Steve keeping me updated while my car is in service. My KIA Niro has been the best KIA purchase to date and it’s thanks to these two incredible individuals!!

Kreshnick (Nick) was absolutely amazing to work with. All along the sales journey, he answered questions, provide any needed info and was always available. You can tell that he prides himself in make sure his customers are happy as he is always willing to go above and beyond. He made sure everything with the car delivery was perfect and has continued to help after the sales.
